The SPEEDBOARD Story

The SPEEDBOARD project launched on Kickstarter on November 11, 2019, and was successfully funded on December 17, having raised $44,557.

The SPEEDBOARD is my 17-year-old dream come true. It combines everything I love about surfing, snowboarding, and motorcycle racing. Every surface I look at now is a barreling wave, a fresh powder run, and a race track all rolled into one.

Getting around on a SPEEDBOARD turns mundane daily tasks into an excuse to carve up city streets, bike lanes, grass, gravel, and dirt paths. Being able to cruise at 30 mph shrinks your world. Distant locations are a quick SPEEDBOARD ride away.

The SPEEDBOARD is the culmination of everything I've learned over fourteen years as a mechanical engineer & entrepreneur. Studying design methodology while earning my Master of Science in mechanical engineering at Stanford University has taught me how to be innovative while solving complex problems. I am thoroughly prepared and 100% committed to delivering an amazing product to you.

My dad is a mechanical engineer. My grandfather was a mechanical engineer. It's in my blood. It's what I was put here on the earth to do. I could not be more excited to share my passion with you. You will love your SPEEDBOARD. I guarantee it.
